According to a U.S. Passport Application from 21 June 1912, Dr. Franklin H. Martin was born 13 July 1857 in Oconomowoc [Waukesha Co.], WI. His wife [Isabelle] was born 21 June 1863, in Chicago, IL.

 

According to a U.S. Passport Application from 3 January 1921, Dr. Franklin H. Martin was born 13 July 1857, in Ixonia [Jefferson Co.], WI, the son of Edmond Martin.

 

According to a U.S. Passport Application from 9 January 1925, Dr. Franklin H. Martin was born 13 July 1857, in Ixonia, WI. His wife, Isabelle H. Martin, was born 21 June 1864, in Chicago, IL.  They were married June 1886.

 

According to the 1860 U.S. Census for Ixonia, Jefferson Co., WI, Franklin Martin, 3 Yrs., was living with Josephine Martin, 22 Yrs., and Janett Martin, 1 Month. It is known that Franklin's father fought and died in the Civil War.
