The transcribing of the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery was completed on August 2nd 2002. There are 29 totally unreadable stones , which are all located in the southern oldest section of the cemetery. There are many more stones in this section which are partially unreadable, some of which parts can be made out by changing the direction in which you look at the stone or by changing the lighting conditions. There are a handful of stones broken and piled on top of one another and a few partially buried stones. The earliest recorded birth was in 1787. The earliest recorded death was in 1808. The most common surnames located here are Drager, Streich, Staude, Krause, Moldenhauer, Boettcher and Schloesser.

The following codes are used to list the type of stone an (S) stone means there is only one name listed on the stone (D) there is two names listed on the stone and (M) there is more than two names appearing on the stone, you will find this listed after the persons name.

Also, stones which were partial unreadable will have ? mark in the spaces which I could not make out for example 189? being I could not make out the last number. This also applies to names. I have tried to include all the ? marks for each letter that could not be made out for example: surname B??er, Alfred. I am hoping this will help a person find a possible relative, even if the name was not fully transcribable. If you cannot find a name please check out the "other" surnames. Names and information that could not be made out to the extent of being able to place under a particular surname are here.
